A briefing is not a sales call. It is a 45-minute conversation between principals where we present the development in full, answer your specific questions about land tenure, financial model assumptions, development timeline, and partnership structures, and assess whether the opportunity fits your mandate.
We do not brief everyone who asks. We prioritise investors with a genuine commercial mandate institutional developers, resort operators, retirement village groups, and family offices with the capital and appetite for an East Bali development project.
Briefings are conducted by Rod Snapes as the project principal. For specific legal, planning, or financial questions, he is supported by the project’s Indonesian legal counsel, the Bali-based development director, and the financial advisory team. For meetings at the institutional level, additional advisory team members are available.
