Rod Snapes is the originating principal of the Sidemen Serenity Estate. His engagement with the Sidemen valley spans multiple years of landowner relationship building, community engagement with the Banjar councils, and Karangasem Regency administrative framework navigation. His Australian background in property and commercial development informs the financial structuring and investor engagement approach. He is the primary contact for all investor discussions and partnership enquiries.
