We do not brief everyone who asks. We prioritise investors with a genuine commercial mandate institutional developers, resort operators, retirement village groups, and family offices with the capital and appetite for an East Bali development project.

Advisory Team

Briefings are conducted by Rod Snapes as the project principal. For specific legal, planning, or financial questions, he is supported by the project’s Indonesian legal counsel, the Bali-based development director, and the financial advisory team. For meetings at the institutional level, additional advisory team members are available.

12:30 to 13:30 Lunch at local Sidemen restaurant informal discussion over food
13:30 to 14:30 Infrastructure tour PLN connection point, road access route, Duda junction, nearby township facilities
14:30 to 16:00 Formal presentation and Q&A with Rod Snapes and Bali-based development director financial model, legal framework, timeline
16:00 Return transfer to Bali accommodation or airport
