If you are interested in a structured development partnership as an equity investor, as a resort or retirement village operator, or as a land acquisition partner for Stage 4 the JV Expression of Interest is the formal starting point for that conversation.

Submitting an EOI does not constitute a commitment. It initiates a confidential dialogue with the project principals. All qualifying EOIs are reviewed personally by Rod Snapes within 5 business days.

Available Partnership Models

Model A: Equity Investment: Acquire a stake in PT Dream Paradise Serenity and participate proportionately in all financial returns from the development programme
Model B: Operator Joint Venture: A branded hotel or resort operator acquires equity and development rights in exchange for management agreement commitments and operational expertise
Model C: Stage-Specific Land Acquisition: An investor acquires development rights over Stage 4 under a structured co-ownership or option arrangement suited to investors wanting land value appreciation exposure without full development capital commitment
